If legislation is needed, all it takes is "ONE SIMPLE PIECE OF LEGISLATION" to declare that insurance companies may not discriminate on insuring people because of a pre-existing condition. Can the same thing apply to home owners insurance if the pre-existing condition is that my house burned down? We Americans don't want or need this Obamanation control of every aspect of our lives from before birth I agree (both in the sense that I don't want it, and in the sense that I think most Americans don't want it).
