Yes, he is getting a double whammy with the nicotine. No doubt he is addicted to nicotine. What is so ironic are all of the regulations that are now being enacted in the Washington area to ban smokers from restaurants and bars. Guess the message hasn't gotten to Obama. Of course he doesn't live by our American laws---he just issues an Executive Order such as sealing his own personal records.
