I heard this tune on a Purina cat food commercial and had to find out who played it. Turns out it was a guy named Billy Mclaughlin who has had to overcome dystonia and reteach himself guitar... The technique is nothing new, but the tune itself is very catchy. I don't know the guy playing this but he does a good job: youtube.com BTW, the tab for this is on the internet.....
