It may well be either genetic or hormonal or something but that doesn't have anything to do with marriage. IF being gay were criminal, the scientific finding that it wasn't a matter of choice would mitigate against punishing people for it ..... but thats not the situation. Its legal to be gay everywhere and no significant organized group is looking to change that. That 10% figure is propaganda. Probably more like 1 or 2 %.
