The ones that won didn't run as Republicans, much less nutjobs. They ran as independents, and moderate ones at that.

And its mostly moderate Rs who are retiring this cycle. Two more did this weekend.

BTW how do you feel about nuke power plant? I am in support of them with some strong caveats.....like no building on fault lines or near major population centers to name just two. What's your position if you don't mind my asking?
