My point is that, under the best of scenarios, interstate competition for insurance companies may result in some savings in admin expenses or reduced profits Yet the cost of administration by private insurers (including profit) is lower than the cost of administering government health benefits. So is it reasonable to assume you are saying since we can only save a little it is vital that we dramatically increase that portion of expenditures?
