A draft won't solve immaturity IMO..... but what it would do is pack the military with a bunch of malcontents.... and we get too many of those without the draft. No, if we want to have an impact on how well developed kids are we've got to overhaul our education system. It's cranking out government dependents at an alarming rate..... of course everything starts at home.
