I was told all the testing was complete, the testing company was just holding certification until they received final payment. If this is the case it shouldn't we to hard to get enough funding to pay the bill though I don't know why they haven't. Maybe they are waiting for funds from the loadrack order but they would need any deposit to actually deliver on the order. I don't know. Why they haven't released anything on why they haven't reached the mark I have no idea. It would seem they would be required to. It would helpful if you call Daly too and see what he has to say and post the details of your conversation.
