Patrick: All this conjecture of insider buying raises the question of just when the window opens for such transactions to take place. As counsel to the SI ANCR board (send all bills to iceburg), what is your opinion on this? I'm not sure I remember my insider trading 101; I thought I could sell after it was certain that all news that was released at earnings time had time to filter down to the unwashed masses, in our case I believe it was 2 days, though it could have easily been 4. I also seem to remember something about every company has the right to set their own parameters, subject to their attorneys' comfort factor, within certain general rules. Can you help re-educate me?
Thanks in advance.
