FEDs are poised to go after top management to set
an example. We must have facts on the fraud.

It may not be massive, but they did intentionally file
false reports to the FEDs and S.E.C. The feds don't
take too kindly on being fooled. Further, there was massive
insider selling in the stock the past 6 months and virtually
zero purchases by management. We must understand who
initiated this schmeme inside S3 and who profited by the
higher stock pricing... had this not problem never existed.

In the meantime, they'll all be sized up for fashionable
Orange Jumper suits. The kind they wear in the federal pen.
Can you imagine see Ron Yara in a baggy Orange Suit.
With his big gut hanging out ? Wish I could take a picture.

Stock will drift under 7 this week and close down about
2 1/4 for the week.

Good luck to all. It's not a pretty predicament.
