tmstocks, ruff has put in a lot of work along with many more. I mention ruff because he's always respectful and responds to everyone. Others are just as nice. Many have added information and if you really want to learn go to the start of this page and start reading the links and also the posts as far back as you can go. Some aren't related but most are.
