When you say Cubans are healthier than us on a health care thread, the implication is you think their system is better.

But I'll accept your admission it isn't.

Now as to whether Cubans are healthier, I don't believe it.

That 60 Minutes and international institutions say so constitutes no worthwhile evidence. Anything they could base their opinion on would be data produced by the Cuban government. IOW worthless.
