Interesting. Now that is the first legitimate argument you've made. I think that could be fixed, though. My preference would be to make sure that religiously affiliated non-profits are exempt from those laws. That might have it's own unintended consequences, like gays won't seek employment there. However, I doubt gays would have done anyway. That sure is an interesting dilemma, though, because it shows how religious institutions could be inadvertently impacted, unless they are safeguarded.
