Skilling may have a case there.

Not because he's innocent but because he got such a punitive punishment.

It's not consistent law.

They need to legislate this stuff.

Some of these mortgage guys stole the houses and life savings of a bunch of poor people and may get a slap on the hand, but Skilling made the headlines and he gets pretty much a life sentence.

Not that he doesn't DESERVE a life sentence, but the adjudications of these things are all over the board.
