Well, it's just me...but I think that people who don't pay income taxes here in this country, shouldn't have the right to vote.

If the proven poor paid even a few dollars income tax, I could deal with it...but as it is, there are LOTS of hands out for taxpayer goodies, then they vote for more hand outs, and pay nothing for the largess of others given to them.

People tend not to value anything they are given for free. Maybe if we all paid, there would be more value placed on personal responsibility.

I feel the same about dual citizenships. If you don't pay income tax to this country, you don't deserve to vote IMO. Otherwise, I wouldn't care how many dual citizenships they have. Just don't continue to take from this country, and give nothing in return.
