rock, the problem with rtgv is that they have planned this merger for a long time and each time they gave a target date they didn't come through. Postponement after postponement drove the price down to .02. Now, once again, they are due to close on the merger by the end of this month. If they finally do it, this could go up over .07. Big IF!
