I agree with Fleck also. The Fed is scheduled to stop printing,
but they won't be able to in the end, as the economy will weaken.
How long it will take for them to stop talking tough and restart
the presses remains to be seen, and it depends on how much weaker
the economy gets. The question is timing. I expect tightening
mood for now, but it will change as soon as the economy flops
on its belly. Moreover, sovereign troubles are far from over,
this is just the beginning of that saga that will last for
a few years. So, long term path for gold is UP.

The problem is, of course, that the recovery is so weak and
the private/public debt load is so high, it cannot be sustained
without printing. For now the Fed will adopt tightening / wait
and see attitude, to wait for the data confirming recovery.
