LBAS is an OTC Bulletin Board stock which means it has the same SEC filing requirements as NASDAQ. It's the OTC "Pink Sheet" stocks don't have to report. I think it is advantageous to know what the reporting requirements are if you invest in a company. It helps you determine the probability that a rumor is true. Any information on LBAS funding is definitely insider info. A funding deal would have to be reported through an 8-K no more than 4 days after the deal closes (or per pocketthis' opinion, they may be able to wait until money is in the bank before the 4 day period starts. This is unclear to me.) In any case, international wire transfers take very little time these days, so if there is a deal as stated then the 8-K should be filed no later than next Wednesday. If not, then this is just another very misleading rumor. At this point, I think everyone should realize that this is a VERY speculative stock and you might as well hold on to it and ride it all the way up or all the way down (if you can afford the potential loss).
