not perfect access, but access. They have crisis intervention (i would not call it care) at best... My point is that taking that position doesn't mean that I am defending the current system. I'm merely trying for accuracy. I do think that your judgment of what is or isn't a defense of the current system is off base. Discussion is often more nuanced than that.
