From what a gather, people aren't protesting too much yet.

1. Most people in the US still don't get the "Big" investment banker tie in.

2. Go along with it because they can short sale their loser house just in case. And get out of their mortgage if need be.

3. Have money in Banks, retirement accounts and are acared of taking them down.

4. Feel powerless. Or fear police repercusions.

5. On the government teat one way or another and haven't felt it that much.
