LOL again, that is the point...in Canada for health care, we can not opt out, and no office to bill us anyway...not like US.
We do not have to accept pensions that we have been forced to pay into, we do not have to apply when eligible ...but for health care, there is no choice and in our system a good thing too ...because why should a person choose to ride for free while everyone else has to pick up the tab for emergency services and infrastructure when that dud has a heart attack.
