I do not dispute the obvious advantages to Ozone over chlorine and radiation. All I am trying to uncover is the selling points the company will use to get industry to convert to ozone. Being in the sales and marketing field for over 20 years, I have seen many GOOD ideas/products not succeed because they weren't sold properly or didn't have the supporting data necessary to convice people to buy.
Because this stock deals in a very emotional area, I am that much more cautious to buy since the stock price may be manipulated by emotion, more so than fact. Trying to find out the simple features and benefits to a company (from the perspective of their potential clients) should not have to come from offical company press releases!
IMO, no idustry will start to change their methods unless forced to by regulation, consumer demand or profit. Ozone may be the "best thing since sliced bread", but if the ecconomics aren't there, and no one is forcing a change, why do it? If the company wants to penetrate new markets, they must be able to prove financial feasability or strong consumer demand for their product. Without that kind of support, I would venture to guess they won't get to many sales. But I am sure the company has the type of information I wrote about earlier and hope someone close to them will post it.
The Ozone product is dancing in a very emotional area; possible death from bacteria in our food. Every time there is a news story, it scares everone because the enemy is invisable and can grab anyone in our families. IMO, the unfortunate fact is big industry may not see it as a huge problem yet because percentage wise, it doesn't effect many of their customers. Oh sure, on occassion you get the big news story, but two days later, there are bigger stories to follow.
I definately feel a grass roots effort can help bring ozone to the attention of the government and news media. But it takes a lot of dedication from those that initiate such a task.
I hope to see more information from the company on the pure ecconomics of their product and I wish everyone on this thread great luck with their investment....John
P.S. I am aware of the fact ozone is not only used for food processing. However, IMO, the food processing area will give Cyclopss the lift necessary to make it a double digit stock. |
