Had a long talk with shareholder relations at RLLY this morning and am pleased to report that although they will share buying power and managent tools and personell, at this point they will continue to operate as seperate companies. Tryed again to get some kind of feel for earnings and can only report that everybody is happy. Draw your own conclusions.<<< *************************************** Grammy: I tend to agree that CHKR would be the weak link here... The big question is whether both companies will have the kind of muscle to go up against the big Cajunas... The answer may be in developing a niche... Jim
