ElM, of course we Anglos say, "Come on chaps, let's be sensible. Why don't you pop over for a nice cup of tea and a chat?" But when push comes to shove and the barbarians pull out their meat cleavers, it's time to put them to the sword, or atomic bombs if that's more efficient. We don't just sit around while they attack.

Maoris used to eat their enemies after cooking them in a hangi. With our modern nuclear "hangi" we can cook them above ground so the meal is served, ready cooked. Captain Cook was cooked in Hawaii - and eaten.

As General Schwarzkopf said, there's no nice way to kill somebody. He bulldozed dirt over Iraqi troops in 1990. If they are going to be killed, they might as well be cooked at the same time.

Atomic bombs are very efficient. Neutron bombs are even better because it leaves the buildings intact and habitable once it has cooled off a bit, with low levels of radiation.

I'd have thought Argentina, Brazil and Venezuela have more useful things to do, with all that economic boom you go on about, than go around threatening to kill people, but perhaps it's just in their nature.
