Read the announcement 2-3 times, and then you'll think positive.
IMO I think the two Russian are in a better position to deal in their own country... then Woody. Have you read their credentials, the experience between the two? Well I believe everyone has a point of endurance. Good luck to you. ;-) ( I bought more today.)

Pavloff is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.A. degree in Geology. He has had 23 years experience in the oil industry, both domestic and international with a specialty in CIS countries. He has worked for Phillips Petroleum for 12 years and has acted as Geophysical Consultant on CIS projects for Oryx, Kerr-McGee, Western Geophysical, Bechtel and the World Bank. He is currently finishing an assignment as a consultant to a major oil company and will assume his AIPC responsibilities by Dec. 1, 1997.
