Tsys Lower As Investors Prepare For Auctions

1337 GMT [Dow Jones] Treasurys are lower across the board as the week kicks off, with prices falling ahead of the week's supply. Govt will sell a total of $74B in notes and bonds this week in addition to T-bills.

Sales start Tues. with;

$40B 3-yr auction.
$21B 10-yr offering of existing 10-yrs comes Wed.
$13B sale of existing 30-yrs is Thursday.

Mkt participants are driving Tsy prices lower to get the new notes at a better price. 2-yr dn 1/32 to 0.915%, 10-yr off 8/32 to 3.712% and 30-yr off 14/32 to 4.668%. (DLB)
