I'm really impressed and intrigued by this $40 million shelf financing. It looks like it can put NNVC on the medical map and could well lead to some lucrative opportunities. If the big pharma boys are impressed by cash, well, $40 million speaks loudly! The one big pharma that we know a bit about is the EKC one and who it is in particular has never been officially disclosed but I think I know who it is. There are apparently others, too, interested at least and talking but about which cide and how close to a deal is not stated. This $40 million might get their attention, particularly when some of that might be required for some reason to get them fully involved. Eva Harris and Dengue are the latest venture and if cash is required to further that along then now it is available.
