Gary, Just a simple question: If ASND management is in talk to be taken over by some poor sould out there, why would the top officers of the company (including Ejabat the founder and CEO of the firm) want to sell part of their shares (regardless of how large or smalll in numbers) at these low prices?! See the following which was reported just yesterday: stocksmart.com Ejabat sure got a great deal selling his shares at $32-$35?! I was one of the people who bought a portion of the shares he dumped on (after entering at $46.5 and just trying to average down!!!). Regards, Addi Jamshidi
