Mike et al,

The only upward movement in ISGI will not be of a short covering but an influx of new buyers(alot of) because currently short interest is at 50,000. I'm pondering on what news would ignite the buying frenzy because all other has failed. Oh Mike, I'm not in yet but go ahead and live me on the "IN" column if you know what I mean.

Glenn Olsen does this mean I'm fired if I was manager in your company. I'm fully aware of fix cost as a percentage decreases as gross profit margin increases after break-even has been established. What concerns me are offsetting factors such as: depreciation of newly acquire assets, amortization of goodwill, preferred stock dividend, and no doubt the rate of dilution all of these will have an impact NI/share. When we see a profit next quarter as ISGI proclaims, don't expect more than .01/share. Oh ya, look for decrease in working capital as ISGI aquire these new switches.

Bob Lewis & John Flint explain to me what is the difference between less TWT executive's compensation that they were recieving as appose to what they will receive through conversion of preferred stock and accrue preferred dividends. This is very amusing! Hummmm.....I always thought that good companies generate profits while providing E/C.

But hey, lets look on the bright side hype always move stocks in the short-term and for anyone that knows when to cast their bait will usually catch some fishes. I don't think ISGI executives would want to file reg. 144 at these prices. Remember ISGI technical cycle; spike-trikle-spike-trikle.

Looking forward to an interesting Monday.
