I spoke direct with the IR head(Dr. Walke) this afternoon. Had a nice conversation with only new info being that at least they are moving up the 'food-chain' as for firms handling the offering..........JP Morgan being added to the mix. With just the announced amount(without over-demand allotment) this new funding wil take them out for two years with enough money to move the pipeline forward. I hate secondary offerings, however, if there is the pipeline supporting the effort, then in this climate for underwriting of biotechs.......I'm encouraged by the event.
