That reminds me of an incident on the cruise I just took. They had a late night "comedy" club. We were forwarned, it's not for those "sensitive" to crude jokes. No one under 18 etc...

The word sensitive was said about two or three times as a forwarding. The wife dragged me into going, because, I had a feeling it was going to be down right nasty.

Of course it was worse than I imagined, talk of sucking this and looking at that and on and on...many people seemed to laugh and enjoy it. I walked out after 20 minutes. Filling my mind with the wet dreams of some half drunk comedian was an awful way to end the night.

Why our society has degraded to such filth under the guise of comedy is disturbing. No, I don't consider myself "sensitive", but I do know how to recognize disgusting foul mouthed language as not particularly funny.

I spent the time and wrote a few paragraphs about the issue in the comments section of the cruise. It was really the only negative thing I could say about the experience.
