Tom, I agree with you that MSFT paid CTXS $75 million for the technology. But it is a long leap from there to over $2 billion. And excluding the MSFT technology purchase, earnings did NOT grow last quarter but declined to only $3 million (almost 10 million of the earnings were MSFT revenue recognition).

You are very correct that there are two sides to this story and most of the market is currently on the long side. You are also right that the trend remains up and I may get my wish to short more at $80+. It is very over valued but that does mean it won't go higher. Just be aware that CTXS has large fund investors who tend to all rush for the exits at once when growth slows.
