Lou and all, Just found this on Edgar. We sold the WH Smith contract from CardCall UK for $9 million in cash and stock to Smartalk. Great deal sold for $9 million and cost us about $1.5 around 6 months ago. Tried to post the 8-K, to long so heres the address.
