CURE FOR ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE?
Just a preview of the kind of mainstream media coverage we should soon be seeing for CTDH, now .12 x .13. As everyone in the Kitchen now knows <g>, cyclodextrins bind to lipids so they have the ability to "escort" cholesterol out of the body. Alzheimer's and other diseases that are related to excess cholesterol, like coronary artery disease and HIV/AIDS, are potentially all treatable with cyclodextrins -- a type of sugar molecule that has been shown to be harmless in therapeutic doses. CTDH is the only company in the U.S. that has the expertise and ability to produce medical-grade cyclodextrins in every possible strength and configuration, and their new pulse drying technology will allow them to produce much larger orders for pharmaceutical and food companies, and for use in medical research and treatment.
The float is tiny (probably 5-6 million at most) and 12-15 of us in the Kitchen own a couple million shares. They're going to have more news coming, including a shipment of cyclodextrins for a medical trial in a foreign country and some publicity with HIV research. Also, the CEO of CTDH is going to have some personal news involving cyclodextrins that I won't post because I don't want to spoil the surprise, but it is going to attract a lot of attention to the stock. Most importantly, now that Chris Hempel has filed an orphan drug application with the FDA, she is going to get cranked up and we'll probably see TV and magazine coverage of her twin girls' story. The CEO hasn't been aggressive about promotion previously because he didn't want to appear to be exploiting the Hempel twins for CTDH's benefit. That's not an issue now that Chris is ready to be more willing to promote her own story. She's a public relations person by profession and will be coordinating with CTDH on press releases, etc.
CTDH's financial consultant, who (like NEIK's new consultant) was a public company CEO in the '90s, thinks this could be a $2.00 stock just with normal investor relations. They're not paying sleazy promoters and they're not going to. |
