This is a interesting topic. I do not know the details of all of Apple's claims. However I suspect the larger ones have to do with the touch screen. In my opinion these are ideas that should not be able to be patented. they were hardly the first company to use touch screens. they have the rest of the tech world scared to piss them off and lose potential business. Molly Wood at CNET, who I really respect, talked about this recently. Hopefully this is the right link, though since at work I cannot access it (a whole other issue) channels.com Trip
