I think the bank may be turning a corner. I owned it a long, long time ago. Everybody hates them so much these days I don't think I could bring myself to own it! Don't you know.....you always buy when a stock is most hated. I just wasn't sure how good Pandit was. But everything I read suggests he's making the right moves and things are getting better at Citi albeit very slowly.
