i bought this dog for 8.5 last Feb.... the patents looked great, market potential excellent, new manufacturing equipment on order. After that, the stock sank to under 3 and there were internal problems, shady stock transactions, and one of the founders left; also there seemed to be some hidden skeletons roaming around due to the close ties with UTI chemicals. the foundation of the company was still pretty solid, so I bought more shares at the "cheap" price hoping to balance the original buy. luckily, they brought-in a new board member with a good history which gave them some hope. the stock responded favorably but after seeing little change (no PR about ANYTHING), I punched-out everything in July. this company has the potential to do very well, they just need: a new technical lead, marketing, sales, more manufacturing capabilities, and someone to manage the whole thing properly!
