to all: would like to get your opinion on the following item. south pacific resources (a.shf) has just announced joint venture with teck corp. on two promising properties in indonesia. these lands are near busang, in kalimantan. these stock was once at $11, on bre-x's coattails. it is now at $.32. my question is, do you agree with me that this is a significant event relating to indo and gold exploration?? this marks the first time since pre bre-x fiasco that a major, and I mean MAJOR player has gotten invovled in indo. I am long shf (significantly), and also own bre-x. this news has me quite excited about things in indo. do you all agree that this is sgnificant?? I believe it lends instant credibility to indonesian exploration, and to shf in particular. teck is very successful, and does not just jv anywhere with anybody.....comments please?????
