Richard, I am probably overreacting but this situation with HIW seems rather odd. First Call had today as the date for 3Q earnings announcement but I can find nothing nor can I find it on any earnings calendar. Today is 90 days since the last ex-div date but no dividend announcement yet. I had had 1000 since last dividend and doubled up around the time you bought. I agree that the fundamentals look fine but the lack of info is a concern. Hell, the last payable date was Aug 10. That said, the stock doesn't seem to be anticipating either positive or negative news. Should I (we) be concerned ? Good luck, John
