Canada had universal, single payer health care in the 60's and the US didn't. So I don't see the relevance of the date. Wrong, what a few provinces had was a health welfare system, and the Yukon territory was not one of them. If you bothered to read the entire quote, not just the out of context part the liberal media is trying to make a case with. You would see that her point is that nobody will go to Canada for healthcare anymore.
