Then reduce that $1 million until people start buying because the total value is good for them. Keep lowering it until the constellation can't take any more users without overload. Then start jacking up the megabyte price until it's all in balance. Sounds illegal to me. It's called "bait and switch". Buy this phone of $3,000 and get free minutes of use. Then suddenly you are going to tell them the free minutes of use are up because capacity is limited, and now you have to start paying for a la carte pricing??? If I go to a buffet and pay $25 up front for a plate that I am promised I can fill with all the food I can eat. You can't stop me when my plate is full and give me a bill for the food on my plate because there are too many people signed up for the $25 plate, and the underlying food on the buffet. Maybe that's the way you do business in NZ. But, not in the US. PCSTEL
