LOL...you think they will be able to bulldoze those without paying near 100 cents on the dollar or the current value?

I repeat.......they are abandoned properties......some have been abandoned for years, others for decades.....the taxes not paid. Have you not seen recent photos of Detroit? Its blocks look like the set of teeth on a prize fighter who doesn't use a guard. I bet there are few blocks that don't have vacants lots due to tear downs. The major cost will be renting the bulldozers to do the tear down.
