I question how deep this "environmental virtue" is even among those who allegedly hold such ideas. Did you really say that? I'm disappointed in you. Do you really think our way of living will last forever? Don't come to Seattle or Portland. More and more folks here are buying organic food. In fact my wife won't buy anything else. Whole Foods, PCC and Trader Joe's here in Seattle are putting the "old classic chains" out of business (Safeway, Ablertson's ect). It's the biggest change in retail food that I've ever seen here in the Northwest. I feel sorry for the Frankinfood folks. They are not making money anymore here.
