Risky, in general I agree with most of what you said. However, let us not confuse peak oil with an abrupt end of the world as we know it. Things will change and in the short term they will be dramatic, but only when oil prices stay really high for an extended time will ingenuity and economics begin to make the alternatives viable. Long term, necessity is the mother of invention. But, short term no one is seriously planning for the problems to come. Blessings, JRH
