Shield Gold update .
It looks like the TSX continues to drag it's feet . The TSX keeps asking for another form or background check . Shield gets the paper work squared away within a day and the TSX take 3-4 weeks to get back to Shield gold . Of course the longer this takes the more cash gets burned through by lawyers and accountants . No one on the board is getting paid but the process of dealing with the TSX seems to eat up a bit of cash .
Shield still has the property deal in place .
Shield wants to do soil sampling this summer , and not just random they have a specific area and plan they want to implement .
The TSX says that Shield needs more cash . Shield does not want to do it at the present price but the TSX says tough if you want this to go through raise the cash .
Shield will try and raise the cash through a PP and once raised it will basically go into a trust . If the deal does not go through or the TSX throws up more road blocks then the PP will be returned to investors .
I am very tired of this foot dragging by the TSX . There is nothing crooked going on here . Just some honest guys trying to put something together . A little guidance and cooperation from the TSX is what we needed 6 years ago . If the TSX moved a bit faster then Shield would have gotten the exploration done last year or earlier .

If this deal does not fall into place soon then Shield may look at going to an alternate board .

Not sure if I got all my facts straight but yah get what you pay for .
