90% of the people in my county pay and get county gov trash pick up. The rest of us 10% have to hire private trash companies to pick it up. The politicians here said hey we can lower you 90% county trash people trash tax if we tax the 10% but not pick up their trash. Lets vote. The vote was 90-10 so now I have trash taxation and no pick up representation ( I still have to pay a private company to pick up my trash) that is what happens
