Richard- the issue of cycles is key I think. In many cases I see a stock make its move within a 13 week period- about 65 days. But I have not tested this, I have just gauged it. How do you do fourier transforms? I have been gearing to 55 and 13 as a short term crossover- to the point where is seems that that is what I use for everthing. i also am attracted to the 21 day period as it seems to cut out very short term oscillations- ex: stoch(21,5) seems to be a good signal at 20/80 crosses. Your comments are appreciated. On another topic, I see the big guns are out on the battlefield. andy
