BG, The release states that this transaction enables DCI to restructure its balance sheet and eliminate much of the unamortized cost associated with the April 1997 purchase of CardCall International Holdings, Inc parent of CardCall UK. What this means is that Joe is cleaning up the balance sheet by getting rid of all of the goodwill. The release goes on to say that DCI now has apprioximately $21 million in total assets of which $14 million are in current assets. With these kind of numbers I would think a listing is not too far away. Joe stated earlier in one of his post that this would be the 1st of at least 5 releases that we will see over the next few weeks. There is no doubt about is, DCI is now a true emerging growth company. Best Regards
