Fact:

Again without context, explanation or argument. Perhaps you recognize those things are important when negative facts about times Democrats are in power are presented to you, but if so that recognition seems to disappear when the negative facts are about times Republicans are in power. In other words your letting your partisanship cloud your thinking.

Perhaps your assuming some arguments and explanations that you don't bother to state. You probably should make your premises more explicit. Unstated assumed premises may not be reasonable to assume, and also may not be shared.

Your unstated premise seems to be something like

"Presidents are overwhelmingly (or at least primarily) responsible for what happens with the economy during their term.

Usually that premise is an inaccurate one, and even if it was accurate, you haven't actually made your argument without stating it in combination with your fact.

Beyond that "weakest of the last three recoveries", isn't very significant.

And "the jobs that where created did not pay well" isn't accurate.
