That's not an answer.

What ways is it different, and how are those relevant to the argument?

Do price controls suddenly work wonder when the subject is health care? Does socialism become the way to go in this area, when its the road to reduced freedom and efficiency in every other area? Do vague promises, and setting up committee somehow solve all our problems now? Does expanding what the government does, somehow reduce government costs now? Do weak efforts at tort reform become amazing effective because the subject is health care and "its very different"? Why? How?

Or is it just that Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, don't really care about these issues, and want to empower government whatever the consequences?
